    For years, the only option available for aortic valve replacement was Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement (SAVR), an invasive heart surgery. Now, many patients qualify for an alternative, non-invasive procedure called Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). Join Nan Wang, MD and Larry Chan, DO as they explain the differences between procedures and the collaboration between the cardiothoracic surgeon and cardiologist that determines which procedure best suits each patient.

The new screening parameters now classify nearly half of all Americans as having hypertension. Join Dr. Mody as he explains what the new guidelines mean, why high blood pressure is called the "silent killer," and the role it plays in significantly increasing your risk for heart disease and stroke. Dr. Mody will also share simple lifestyle changes you can make to lower your numbers.

This class will focus on all the ways you can look good and feel your best during your cancer journey – wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc.

    Stroller Strides
    A national fitness program for moms with their babies. Join us in an outdoor park setting as certified instructors show you how to use resistance tubing and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes.
