    Leaking heart valves are also known as “regurgitation”. Sometimes the condition is minor and may not require treatment, but other times a faulty valve places strain on the heart, causing it to work harder than usual. Join cardiothoracic surgeon Nan Wang, MD, as he discusses the symptoms to look for, as well as the latest treatments, which may include surgical repair or replacement of leaky valves.     Look Good Feel Better is a national program offered in partnership by the American Cancer Society, the Personal Care Products Council Foundation, and the Professional Beauty Association/National Cosmetology Association. The Program will help enhance personal appearance for women undergoing cancer treatment. A free make-up kit is provided. This class will focus on all the ways you can look good and feel your best during your cancer journey – wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc.

Have a good time learning simple exercises to help get you moving. Dress comfortably and bring tennis shoes.     FIT4BABY PRENATAL EXERCISE*
    Fit4Baby is an exercise program for moms-to-be. The exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the changes you will experience during your pregnancy. Cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training are included. 5-week session. 60-minute workout per session.

    Diabetes management can be challenging, but can be made easier with the right tools. This class will cover survival skills for diabetes, nutrition, meal planning, and glucose meter usage.

    SAFE SITTER
