Urgent Care

We have four Urgent Care locations near you. Make an appointment online for quick and convenient medical care including pediatric urgent care.

Walk-in service is also available at all four locations.


Emergency

An appointment is not needed in the case of an emergency.

If you or a loved one needs immediate medical attention, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. San Antonio Regional Hospital's Randall and Janell Lewis Emergency Department serves the community with 24-hour emergency care and is located at 999 San Bernardino Road, Upland, California 91786.

Primary Care

Any health issue that is not an emergency can and should be assessed at your primary care doctor’s office if possible.

Our network of physicians includes offices throughout the Inland Empire and beyond that offer regular checkups, immunizations, sick visits, physicals and more.

Use our Find a Physician search to locate a physician in the specialty you need. To schedule an appointment, contact the physician’s office directly.


Care4U Family Health Centers

Care4U focuses on helping patients (who may not have access to a physician within one week of discharge) transition successfully to their home after their hospital stay. The goal is to reduce complications and avoid unnecessary hospital readmission. It does not replace the care of your regular physician.
The Care4U Family Health Center is a San Antonio Regional Hospital outpatient service.

Lab Testing

We offer lab testing in our Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and Fontana locations for your convenience. Once you have your doctor’s orders, you can schedule an appointment at the Scheu Family Building using the link below, or visit any of our locations as a walk-in during normal business hours.

Imaging

To schedule imaging tests such as mammograms, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI’s, DEXA scans, etc. please utilize the link below to schedule your appointment, “Online Scheduling for Radiology/Imaging". Or, if you prefer, you may call our Radiology Services Scheduling Line at 909.948.8166. Please make sure to have the test orders from your doctor ready when calling the scheduling. General X-rays are handled on a walk-in basis at all locations.

Rehabilitation

For your convenience we offer outpatient rehabilitation services at three locations in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana. Once you have your doctor’s order and insurance authorization, contact your preferred location directly to schedule an appointment.
