Urgent Care
We have four Urgent Care locations near you. Make an appointment online for quick and convenient medical care including pediatric urgent care.
Walk-in service is also available at all four locations.
Emergency
An appointment is not needed in the case of an emergency.
If you or a loved one needs immediate medical attention, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. San Antonio Regional Hospital's Randall and Janell Lewis Emergency Department serves the community with 24-hour emergency care and is located at 999 San Bernardino Road, Upland, California 91786.
Primary Care
Any health issue that is not an emergency can and should be assessed at your primary care doctor’s office if possible.
Our network of physicians includes offices throughout the Inland Empire and beyond that offer regular checkups, immunizations, sick visits, physicals and more.

Lab Testing
You may have your lab tests performed at our locations in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and Fontana. When you have your test orders from your doctor, click on “Schedule a Lab Testing Appointment Now” below to schedule an appointment directly at the Scheu Family Building, or you may walk in to any location during normal business hours.

Imaging
To schedule imaging tests such as mammograms, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI’s, DEXA scans, etc. please utilize the link below to schedule your appointment, “Online Scheduling for Radiology/Imaging". Or, if you prefer, you may call our Radiology Services Scheduling Line at 909.948.8166. Please make sure to have the test orders from your doctor ready when calling the scheduling. General X-rays are handled on a walk-in basis at all locations.
