    HEARTSAVER CPR*†
    Designed for new and renewing CPR students, this class reviews CPR procedures as well as other basic first aid situations, pediatric emergencies, and the 911 system. This is a great class for anyone needing CPR Certification for work or volunteer opportunities!

    You need to call 909 944-9355 to reserve a spot. Class fee applies, which includes a manual and a 2 year certification card. (This class is NOT for people that work in the medical professions.)

    HEARTSAVER CPR & FIRST AID*†
    Designed for new and renewing CPR students, the class will review both CPR and general first aid procedures. Pediatric emergencies, medical and injury emergencies, and the 911 system will also be covered.

    For men and women experiencing any type of cancer. Provides a safe and supportive environment in which participants can share their personal experiences as well as thoughts on coping with their disease.

    ORIENTATION CLASS FOR THE NEWLY DIAGNOSED
    For men and women with a new diagnosis of cancer. This class provides information on SARH resources for care, treatment, and support for you and your family. Meet our oncology nurse navigators and learn about resources in your local community that can help you manage your care.

    LOOK GOOD… FEEL BETTER
    Look Good Feel Better is a national program offered in partnership by the American Cancer Society, the Personal Care Products Council Foundation, and the Professional Beauty Association/National Cosmetology Association. The Program will help enhance personal appearance for women undergoing cancer treatment. A free make-up kit is provided. This class will focus on all the ways you can look good and feel your best during your cancer journey – wigs, hats, scarves, make-up, clothing, skin and nail changes, nutrition, exercise, coping tips, etc.

    MOVE, MEASURE & MENTOR CLASS
    Learn post-operative exercises to help restore shoulder and arm movement and decrease side effects after breast surgery

    POSITIVE PARENTING AT HEALTHY BEGINNINGS*
    For families with children ages newborn to six years of age, this class is designed to help parents raise well-mannered, confident, and respectful children by creating good habits. Discipline strategies for common behavior issues will also be given.

    FIT4BABY PRENATAL EXERCISE*
    Fit4Baby is an exercise program for moms-to-be. The exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the changes you will experience during your pregnancy. Cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training are included. 5-week session. 60-minute workout per session.

    Family Education SIBLING CLASS*
    Children who are expecting a new brother or sister will learn about their mother’s pregnancy and what happens when she comes to the hospital. A tour of the Maternity Unit, refreshments, and a certificate are included.

    DIABETES & PRE-DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT*
    Diabetes management can be challenging, but can be made easier with the right tools. This class will cover survival skills for diabetes, nutrition, meal planning, and glucose meter usage.

    SAFE SITTER

    Designed for 11 to 13-year olds, this medically accurate babysitting preparation program teaches students rescue skills, basic first aid, nurturing, safe child care, and personal safety. This is a two-day class series.*
