LEADERSHIP Award

The LEADERSHIP Award recognizes supervisors, managers, and department directors in clinical and nonclinical settings located on the main campus and at our off-site facilities, who contribute to an exceptional care team member experience through their dedication to Excellence with Compassion.

Maria’s leadership style is both inclusive and empathetic, while still holding her team to high standards. Her hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have made a meaningful impact on her team. She has a unique talent for unraveling complex issues, troubleshooting challenges, and finding effective solutions. She listens closely to her colleagues, fostering a collaborative, open, and welcoming environment. Maria’s ability to proactively identify and address operational concerns before they become major problems is truly commendable. Her commitment to mentoring team members and supporting their success makes her an inspiring leader.
