Theony joined San Antonio in 2025 with ten years of experience as a Radiological Technologist. Since then, she has made a meaningful impact on both colleagues and patients, consistently going above and beyond to support patients during stressful and vulnerable moments. A breast cancer patient recently shared: “I had just been diagnosed and was scheduled for a partial mastectomy. I had an appointment at WBIC to have a procedure done in preparation for surgery. Having never gone through anything like this before, I was understandably very nervous. Theony greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and carefully explained every step, taking time to answer all of my questions. During the procedure she stood by my side, holding my hand and offering reassurance. Afterward, she did something that truly stood out--she asked how she could improve and genuinely wanted my feedback. I want you to know how much I appreciate the care Theony provided during such a difficult and emotional time.”
