The 4th foor Orthopedic Unit at San Antonio Regional Hospital is a 20 bed state-of-the-art medical/surgical unit responsible for the care of adolescent, adult and geriatric medical patients with a broad range of medical diagnoses and specializes in the care of the surgical orthopedic client post-operatively, during their inpatient stay.
20 new state-of-the-art patient rooms in our orthopedic unit are dedicated to care for our orthopedic surgery patients.
Our beautiful new physical therapy rehabilitation room has the latest equipment and is staffed by the finest orthopedic nurse's aides.
Our physical therapists are trained to specifically meet the needs of orthopedic surgery patients. Her goal is to safely get her patients moving as soon as possible.
Each patient is outfitted with loose fitting exercise clothes to facilitate patient mobility in the physical therapy rehabilitation room.
Nurse Navigator Kathleen Webster, Dr. Kenneth Jahng, and nurse Michelle consult on a patients needs and progress toward an easy transition to home life.
