Expecting?

By the seventh month of your pregnancy, you will want to Pre-Register by completing the Pre-Admission form and connecting with our maternity liaison at 909.920.4826, M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Maternity Services

From the moment you choose our maternity services, you and your family are embarking on a memorable journey. Designated as a Baby-Friendly Hospital. San Antonio Regional Hospital promotes a healthy pregnancy, safe delivery, and support after you leave the hospital.


Visitation

  • Two (2) support persons may remain with you during labor and delivery stay.
  • If you are here for possible labor, one (1) support person may accompany you.  Once you are admitted, your second support person can come in when you are in labor. Your car seat should remain in the car until discharge.

We are committed to providing you and your family with safe, quality care and making your stay as pleasant as possible during these challenging times. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer 3 live virtual Maternity Tours per month.

Birth Certificates

You may obtain a birth certificate by submitting an application at the San Bernardino County Recorder Hall of Records, 222 W. Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0022. The Hall of Records is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; closed weekends and holidays. Additional information can be obtained by calling toll-free 1.855.732.2575 or at https://arc.sbcounty.gov/vital-records/.
