The Caring Hearts program, funded by the Cardiac Care Club, is just one example of how your membership takes ideas from concept to reality. Former heart patients themselves, this caring group of volunteers works to ease heart patients back into their everyday lives after a cardiac event. They fully understand what new heart patients are going through, what questions they have, and how to respond knowledgeably and sympathetically to the patient's concerns.
