Ambassador Dining Service

An ambassador will visit you daily to obtain your menu selections. You may select your meal choices from the Ambassador Dining Menu. You may discuss any concerns you have about your diet with our nutrition services staff. A registered dietitian may visit you if ordered by your doctor.

San Antonio Café   (Citrus Tower, First Floor)

The hospital Café (cafeteria) is open daily from 6:30 am to 12:30 am. During this time, there are many menu options. Hot meals are available from 6:30 am until 7:00 pm. Our Grill is open from 10:30 am in the morning to 12:30 am at night. Salad bar service is available from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Grab’n’Go sandwiches are offered, as well as food vending machines for after-hours snacks.

K.T. Coffee Bistro   (Main Lobby, adjacent to Gift Shop)

The hospital’s Coffee Bistro features Starbucks® Coffee, Tea, Mocha, Frappuccino, and much more. Enjoy fresh pastries, fruit and yogurt; Grab’n’Go sandwiches and beverages; and snack items.
