John T. Chapman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chapman joined the hospital as Chief Operating Officer in October 2018 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2020. He is a microbiologist by training and previously served as Chief Operations/ Administrative Officer at Highland
Hospital in Oakland, California. He also led the clinical and support services for Alameda Health System in Northern California.

Wah-chung Hsu
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hsu joined the hospital as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in October 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of the hospital’s financial management and oversees patient access and financial services, managed care contracting,
supply chain management, and other administrative functions. Mr. Hsu has been in healthcare for over 25 years, and has served as CFO at hospital systems in northern California and New York.

Gudrun Moll, RN
Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer
Ms. Moll has extensive leadership experience in diverse hospital settings, with more than thirteen years at the executive level. Prior to joining San Antonio Regional Hospital in 2015, Ms. Moll was the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer
for JFK Health in Edison, New Jersey. In addition to her role as Chief Nursing Officer at San Antonio, Ms. Moll also serves as the hospital’s Patient Safety Officer.

Kamal Pandya
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Pandya joined San Antonio in 1996. Throughout his 24-year career at the hospital, he has held several important information technology positions. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in guiding the development and implementation of the hospital’s
electronic health record system. Under his leadership, the hospital achieved the highest stages of the Federal Meaningful Use Program, ensuring San Antonio’s place at the forefront of healthcare information technology.

Cathy Rebman
Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer
Ms. Rebman is responsible for strategic and business development and oversees marketing and communications, public relations, physician relations and development, and community outreach. In addition to her hospital role, she provides leadership and support
for a variety of community-based organizations promoting health initiatives throughout the region. Prior to joining San Antonio in 1986, she gained leadership experience at hospital systems in Colorado and Virginia.

Debora Turner
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Turner oversees operations for a number of clinical and support services including, imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation services, facilities, environmental services, nutritional services, and security. She began her career at San Antonio
as a radiology technologist in 1985. Since then, she has held a number of radiology and administrative positions including Director of Radiology. Ms. Turner played an integral role in the development and opening of the Scheu Family Building
and the Ambulatory Care Unit.

Sandra Wier, RN
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Wier is responsible for all human resources operations including talent acquisition and development, salary and benefit management, employee health services, and the hospital’s wellness program. In her role, Ms. Wier develops and executes
human resources strategies that support San Antonio’s mission, and its values and organizational culture. Prior to joining San Antonio in 2003, she was the Director of Human Resources at Riverside Community Hospital.

Michael Tracey
President, San Antonio Hospital Foundation
Mr. Tracey was appointed President of San Antonio Hospital Foundation in November 2011. He oversees all fundraising efforts undertaken by the Foundation to support the hospital’s services and programs, including special events, annual giving, major
gifts, and charitable estate gift planning. During his tenure, Mr. Tracey was responsible for capital fundraising to support the completion of the Vineyard Tower in 2017. Other major campaigns have included the Cancer Care Center Campaign and
the Heart Institute Campaign.
