Dr. Leena Josephin Jetty was born and raised in Kakinada, a coastal city in South India. She earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India. Driven by a strong passion for Internal Medicine and a desire to expand her clinical expertise, she later moved to the United States to pursue residency training in Internal Medicine.

Before beginning residency, Dr. Jetty completed clinical externships and observerships at Boston University, Hoboken University Medical Center, NJ, and Hackensack Meridian Health, Hackensack University Medical Center NJ. These experiences provided her with valuable exposure to diverse healthcare systems, multidisciplinary teams, and a broad spectrum of patient populations.

Her professional interests include Cardiology and Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine. She is deeply committed to evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, continuous quality improvement, and lifelong learning.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Jetty serves as a volunteer editor for WikiDoc, a free online medical education platform dedicated to providing current medical knowledge and educational resources to healthcare professionals worldwide.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, playing badminton and pickleball, and following a wide range of sports. Dr. Jetty is excited to continue her journey in Internal Medicine and looks forward to making meaningful contributions to the health and well-being of the communities she serves.
